Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Inventory

Dear John,
Your wonderful email about the holiday season was loaded with nothing but pure outright lies! Your the Chief with so many “yes” people around if you were to fa-t there lips would flutter!! You have lost all respect of your front line people! Your have left the Corp Retails in shambles across the USA! No repairs, tickets not approved, dirty and tearing carpets and list goes on! But most of all, you have left these store high n dry with no INVENTORY! Your so called marketing team runs the specials for tablets, phones, accessories etc! We got very very few to begin with and the week before Christmas all the stores run out! Correct out! The walls are bare, customers ask the Experts why don’t yaw have this and that but only for us to say, “We ask the ARSM, the DOS and only a shoulder shrug! Step away from downtown and actually get out and meet the employees if you dare! After all we are the “first” ones to meet the customers! Have you?

It has gotten so out of hand that it’s a miracle we have any customers left.

The Stank has grown wireless share all the way down to 3rd place. Give that man another free pass and a new pair of pajamas.

“Service doesn’t matter. Numbers matter more.” This is the perfect summation of the culture at AT&T and the mindset of every single manager in my hierarchy. It has gotten so out of hand that it’s a miracle we have any customers left.

That’s why installments are a joke! People don’t pay there bills and AT&T eats the loss of the phone and more! They use to say the $35 act fee or upgrade fee was to defray the cost back then and they still charge this fee!

Once they stock the shelves they have 90 days to pay for that inventory and then it turns into debt. They finally admitted we have 10 billion on this type of debt last year. Service doesn’t matter. Numbers matter more.
