I took the VSP in Sept 13, 2024. It seems I have lost access to VZ Benefits Connection just when I needed it to decline VZ Benefits from Anthem etc as I have now subscribed to another provider via Obamacare. My login and password to Benefits Connection failed, then my login name also failed when I tried 'Forgot Password', and then my personal email address which has never changed, also was not recognized when I tried 'Forgot User Name'. Looks like the only option now is to call the Benefits phone number....
