If it’s true that most at West End Center will be let go in 2025, anyone have any idea about the timings? 2 waves? Mid year? End of year?

They will not wait to Exit everyone at once, they will start in mid February 2025 and will finish by July 2025. Can’t say where I heard but it came from a reliable source.
The data center (DC) exit strategy reorganization this year has extended the life of WEC.
While this absolutely means servers will say in WEC longer, what is not clear is what does this mean for non DC folks in WEC.
Originally, the word was the WEC DC extension had no impact: all non DC folks would have “location strategy” applied by early summer 2025.
Recent rumors have suggested there may be a change in timing.
My 2 cents is prepare for the original timing.
