It is tempting to do a walkout or make some other bold statement.
But you are only hurting your livelihood. This company will not suffer if you leave.
Your teammates or clients might, but Fiserv doesn't care.
Don't quit in a fit of rage. I had to hold myself back from doing this several times until I found something new. You have bills and obligations. Plus private insurance is a huge burden.
Be patient. Finding a new job takes time.
Been there more times than I can count where I almost walked out. Have left a number of times early in disgust over this place. My cooler head prevails and they will have to riff me and will likely happen. This is the preferred outcome as this leadership is just disgusting. I am ashamed to tell anyone where I work.
Best thing you can do is overlap your new job with your 2 week notice. What are they going to do, fire you if you don't show up in office and do work in those 2 weeks? Get an extra paycheck. Treat yoself

When I do leave I’m just not showing up, no 2 weeks no exit interview no training my replacement. They can shove it up their a-s.

As a single mom, the insurance is what is keeping me here while I look. I can’t afford to walk out until I find something else. But it at least pays for the counselor who is coaching me through this nightmare surveillance state!
