Does Fiserv still offer the same severance package of 2 weeks for every year of employment?

26 weeks capped.
The last time I looked at the HR policy, it was two weeks up to 26 months.
But that's for a layoff. If you are terminated for cause (not adhering to the RTO mandate) you are not in a layoff situation. You are just terminated.
