What happened to the previous predictions that didn’t come true?
Makes logical sense but not sure things will move that quickly. Elliot tends to weight a lot of information before acting. My guess is he will get everything he needs from existing teams and structure to feel secure in his new role before making major changes.
You can already tell he’s weighing gender vs category but still waiting to make the call.
