Please, Verizon Wireless will be having another lawsuit coming. Forcing chat tech reps to work past their lunch is illegal in Illinois. In illinois you must have your lunch within the first five hours of the start of their shift. All chat reps were going to lunch past their first five hours. Why outsource? Because in India and other countries, Verizon Wireless can have sweatshop credo and rules. Shame on them.
