I’m hearing different schools of thought. The one that makes most sense to me is that reorg and layoffs will come later, after we somewhat consolidate with a new/old guy at the top. But you can never be sure. It all depends on how well we will do along the way. All I know is that I don’t want another year as bad and stressful as this one has been.

Oh man, I'm so down for a re-org because my first or-y was honestly kind of a bust.
Clearly you don’t work here because you didn’t get the email from EH stating they don’t foresee any organizational changes needing to happen. Enjoy unemployment.
