After Hours Support

I am curious about how any implementations or installs will be covered. I have been gone for several years but there was a lot of patching/implementations/conversions done in the wee hours of the night. Are these all moved to an 8-5 schedule?

No comp time = I am not available, sc--wed me over this year when I worked a ton of weekend days then put R&R in workday to only show on a 'report' that I took too many days, what a joke....can't wait to get out of here
