I just can’t do this job anymore. I’m overworked and burnt out. All I can hope for is just not to be laid off. I'll scream the next time someone gives a stupid motivational speech.

I’m sorry, but there’s other jobs out there. Don’t let H convince you that you aren’t wanted outside. They want people to leave on their own but beat you down to the point you have no confidence. I left without a package and am not looking back!
Looks like raises are going to be lower than last year & it wasn't great then.

I’m sure there’s at least 5,000 others that are in the exact same place you’re at. What’s so sad to me is that I love my coworkers and genuinely love the work but feel unappreciated by senior leadership and grossly under compensated. Only we can change our situation so chin up and start looking for a way out!
Sounds like a cry for help and a begging letter not to be helped. Believe me, getting laid off will save your sanity.
