A former VP showed me the bullying and demeaning text messages she sent him during a meeting. She’s utterly toxic as well as incompetent. No sense for sport, youth culture, design or trends. Doesn’t understand technology and zero leadership charisma. Best that can be said is that she’s a ‘professional executive’.
So strange she’s still clinging on.

Seems those of us hoping for her deserved ouster will need to give up hope
HON is a vaucous unoriginal uninspiring leader. She latches on to what's popular and current and touts it like she discovered it. She talks in abstract buzz words. How come she's still around after the spectacularly failed consumer strategy. That didn't happen without her full cooperation and spearheading it. No heads rolled for that.
And what's with the braying laughter on the all employee post earnings call.
She's actually really big in the "Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back" speed run community
