Unions start with you, not "someone"...
Reach out to several unions and inquire. Hint: They all have web sites with contact info for people who are interested in organizing.

there is nothing to do at all but join the army. It is like the old 2nd and 3rd century.. The king's castle has no gold. the congress doesn't care cause they saw the vault already. See the real world asap or you will loose your job before you notice the street has hungry crimnals in it and the police won't come
