Most have completely mentally checked out and are only doing what has to be done like on an autopilot. And frankly, I support that 100%. Considering how AT&T has been treating employees lately, the company doesn’t deserve anything better than the bare minimum from every single one of us.

RTO haters = Lazy workers
I love it here.
"Most employees don’t give a damn anymore"
About your whining. Give it a rest.
You were always checked out. It's called being lazy.
We can only hope Stank gets walked out the door soon. In the meantime, I’ve been interviewing with external companies. I suggest you all do the same. Only people going to be left are the folks that have no other choices. The rest of us will be gone.
"It is REALLY hard to care about a company when you know for a fact the company doesn't DGAF about you. It's eye opening when you see your senior leaders (AVP, VP's) knowing these are terrible decisions and not having any power, whatsoever, to challenge or change them. Toxicity with a capital T. "
Yep this. I used to be proud to work for this company. Their complete disdain for us ki-ls morale and motivation. I don't even care about 5 day RTO. The fact they can't be bothered to give us our own space like before COVID is so unprofessional. They're going out of their way to make our day to day job as annoying as possible to test our limits.
It makes people hate the company and do just enough not to get fired.

“ Employee complacency has been a driving factor for RTO.”
Absolute rubbish. The overwhelming “driving factor” is HC reduction (to line C suite pockets).
I have scaled my hours back to 40. This company will not get anything extra out of me. They want 5 days in office for a position that has always been virtual no problem but do not expect more.
I and team can agree on this. Sooooooo many of the times I say to my thrice wives, I give not one dams any more. The pet monkey cocoa even stays such distance away as he knows I am frustrate. I am doing the codings but don’t giving cares if it is working much of the times. It can be fixed in productions and I can watch the heidi lady pull out the hairs. She can be the frustrate one.
Why should they? T doesn’t give a sh-t about them. They’re not stupid!
Yes, Stankey has done a great job of changing the culture.
This isn’t new. Employee complacency has been a driving factor for RTO.
