The hits just keep coming! They settled with the states a couple of years ago but the feds want their pound of flesh and maybe more. I find it curious that there a no criminal charges if the counts were so egregious.

Understaffing at CVS is a very real problem, and has been going on for well over 10 years now. CVS considers staffing to be akin to a four-letter word. For anyone who doesn't believe, just know that corporate doesn't think staffing is an issue, so understaffing is not going to be addressed.
