On mid market calls this week around the country , we’re losing money on salary 10k, offsetting to at-risk with 5k added(STILL taxed at 40%). Don’t even get me started on the qtr bonus. Are goals going up? The answers are all speculative. You’re messing with people’s livelihood - you should have answers. Word gets around to other companies and our clients. This will not end well. You want us in an office now that has restrooms that work half the time and water fountains that don’t.
I’ve not talked to a single seller and couple managers(the ones not in the koolaid) who see this going well.
Cut the severance and let us ride. We’re tech company operating like a mom and pop shop. Invest in ways to make people money(much better leads, ai adoption, managers should prepare our lists). Don’t tell me about some batshit bonus structure. If it’s not easy to make sense, the messenger does not have the skill or is playing games.
And then our CEO has the Gaul to prance around as Santa saying how proud he is of us.
