I’m sure they don’t do justice to anybody’s performance. It’s just another sneaky way to have an excuse to kick us to the curb. If leadership had been as committed to making business strong and sound as they have been to finding new ways to make us miserable, this would be a great company.

Worst company to work for. Prejudice, harrassments, money minded
Wasting more than 5 minutes completing it is just that, a waste of time and effort.
I can't stand reviews at any place I ever worked at. A thing I loathe greatly is the b.s. goal setting they make you do in February. As if most of know what they're doing apart from the same job functions. It's another silly aspect of review cycle that makes little sense.
I haven’t taken any review since First Data took over seriously, doubt that will ever change at this rate.
