I’m not looking at the T job as serious employment anymore. I’ve been avoiding overtime as much as possible and doing just the bare minimum. All the while I’ve been looking into other job opportunities. The coming RTO mandate is openly a policy to efficiently, and preferably cheaply, cut the workforce.
