Yes exactly, just do what you need to and don't look at this stuff. You are the only one that can stop the psychological aspect of this tyrannical leadership. This seems to be very hard for a lot of people. I don't quite understand it myself. Unfortunately this is a real issue none the less. This place used to be a career path, now it's just a job and means to an end until something else comes along.
I was one of the first person to get Sapiance early 2023 and at that time it was called Buddy….that one and this new one is heavily flawed but if you speak to you manager they say it trackers perfectly..even with evidence provided.
Don’t think about it, just do your role and do it with your best ability. I’m sure there will be RIF is q1 2025 so try to survive.
