T can't bill their way out of the debt they have.
Report it to the Public Service Commission. Actually file a complaint and watch how fast that bill gets rectified with apologies and maybe even a free month.

Their first mistake was signing up with AT&T. Their second mistake was not getting rid of them.

mint mobile $15/month. Buy your phone and not pay installments and you won't have to deal with this kind of insanity.
