It's not like anyone's schedules got busier in the 2 days between inviting us and then cancelling. I also heard there was a VP meeting that got cancelled, with the same stated reason. It's weird, right? Maybe something shifted about the business over the weekend, so they don't want a full hour to talk about earnings. Who knows. Just another crazy week at this company that likes to keep us on our toes.

Or MF is out?
AT&T going to 5 days. Pretty sure like mentioned elsewhere the gym announcement is a good indicator RTO5 will happen.
Really doubtful of the RTO5 rumors. There are some old suits who want it but they know morale and engagement is horrible after the layoffs. Chaining people to desks even more tightly won't do anything except reduce headcount even more. Some teams that are already barebones after the summer will collapse in on themselves.
Just the typical dysfunction you come to expect with Nike. Leaders who can’t lead; every mo--n with a brain~fa-t believing they should have some input on decisions and a full-on socialist style management that seeks to destroy anyone who dares share a valid opinion to push the company forwards. This company is doomed.
RTO5 is a joke. Don't believe it.
Back to office for all.
Still no desk of your own.
No PSP this fiscal.
its fine. this is normal. dont fret.
Nike does this cr-p all the time, they are just bad at scheduling and planning, I wouldn't read too much into it
It’s sure not giving confidence.
VP meeting this afternoon canceled
RTO5 announcement moved to Thursday.
APLA being split to APAC and LATAM
Category Offense coming back
Nike to reacquire Hurley as their products are dope.
None of this really matters. Get your paycheck and take care of your family.
I wouldn’t read too much into it. A lot of stuff is behind schedule. Teams are burned out after the re-org trying to patch broken processes. I think they’re just prioritizing giving teams the time off for the holidays. Good decision.
It's not normal. No other company communicates to employees like this. I agree with OP -- the vibe is just weird. I dont think it was a ceo issue. Comms at Nike is just "like that".
