Office squid games. Forced attrition with potential to return to the content business. Winner gets an assigned desk!

Split shifts. You think going to the office is bad? Wait until it is twice a day.

Dress code has to be next. What else could they do to make life more miserable than it already is?

10 years ago if you told me that T would sell off floors, sell/lease back buildings and make you FIGHT for a place to work 5 days a week, I would've laughed right in your face.

Yet... here we are. Total incompetent buffoonery.

The next attrition strategy is that you have to re-take all of the DEI classes again including the Unconscious Bias series. What a load of horse $hit that was. The idea that even though you are not racist you are still unconsciously racist. What a cr--ker jack quack job that was. Never fell for it, never bought into it.

“People who move t stock out of their 401k will be cut first”

I’m sure that will go well, that’s like literally everyone with an IQ over 90.

Dress code. Ties and shirts for the guys; dresses for the ladies. "The look that build this company!"

Adjust pay, Adjust commissions by making the plans so complicated that no matter what, you live in chargeback mode, charge for parking, make a rule where there's no food or drink allowed at desks.
There are a million ways to force people out. Make them fire you or given you severance. Don't quit or the Stink wins.
