Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Long time OFD employee here. Went through probably 20 rounds of layoffs during my 20 years at OFD. Last 5 years with FB at the helm. I can tell you my work ethic got worse after every round of layoffs. You are only a # to them. They give zero care about you or your family. I would see something broken I would leave it be at the end. I jumped ship for a competitor and I can say that in the 7 years I have been here we have had zero layoffs in BT and one round in the business. I actually care about my job again. It was a very dark place in my career at OFD. There is much better places out there. Keep looking. Good luck to all.
