A developer on my team with 25 years experience on Spectrum who worked remotely was laid off today. We can’t afford to lose any developers! Many on Spectrum work remotely since all of the west coast offices were closed. We’re all just waiting for our turn on the chopping block - many with 25-35 years of experience. Nothing like being devalued and disrespected while overworked on a daily basis.

Remote, folks not logging 8 hours a day in office , lower rated on last performance review, and / or retirement pending.
