Starting to hear bits and pieces of reorg or rifs. Anyone else?

Heard so many management employees gone into the the new year don’t think your safe cause you make it to December.They wanna cut the higher paid management first sad all new useless managers will stay because they are so much lower paid

Not heard anything but the fact we have to all do the annual reviews by tomorrow which is very early makes me think a 1Q reorg likely and they want to rank us ASAP for a RIF
