Largely, absenteeism. In that I don't hear from them. But I do my job and don't need guidance or validation either.
So long as you are not showing up unfavorably on the Presence report. They do follow that closely, since managers that did not enforce compliance among their minions forfeited their bonus last year (and yes, that really did happen).
