What a POS company. Get out while you can. They don’t care about you. Was looking at new roles anyways so at least I’ll get paid to search now. My old team is down to 4 people now each doing the work of 3+ lol. What a joke of a company.

We went from a team of 14 to 2 in about 5 years. With the positions being on call for after hours support. Clown show
