It’s hard to pick the worst part of working at Fiserv these days. It could be the clueless leadership or the garbage pay. Maybe the zero appreciation or how management dodges accountability. Then there’s the dead-end career paths and terrible communication. Oh, and let’s not forget cleaning up everyone else’s mess with no thanks. So many options, it’s almost impressive how bad it is.

Did you get severance? If so, count your lucky stars
Got let go today, I do more work and contribute more than most of my peers, free of the sh-t pay at last
Cleaning up sh-t is all I've known at Fiserv. They never fire incompetent people just hide them with these meaningless metrics until they become managers.
It has reached the point of looking around and realizing the level of how bad it is and it being almost impressive were it not so sad to begin with. It is stunning and amazing how inept this executive level leadership is yet as long as they pump up that stock price and it holds together they all think they are the best, ignoring the long term impact.
