I don't think it's badge related. People got fired who badged in perfectly 8-5.

...the beatings will continue... Heartbreaking news knowing that most of the people are hardworking and dedicated to clients...this should also be a wake up call for "survivors" to get out...easier to find a job when you have a job etc. The Grinch of Berkeley Heights will get his in the end...and it sure as heck won't be a happy ending. I know one of the people on the team I’m on was fully remote. I posed the question to management as to whether in-office hours were part of the decision and was just read a canned response with them saying that’s all they could say.
Hearing that some analysts in NY/NJ are getting let go due to low in-office hours worked per week.
Managers had no say, it’s brutal. good luck tomorrow
Get used to it.. it’s the Fiserv way! Not a fruitful career for anyone.. keep looking elsewhere
