I wonder for how long we’ll have to wait for roles to fill or for the team to reorganize. The way we have been dysfunctional since layoffs is unsustainable.

Aside from all the tech people here that are understandably unhappy with how things have been, what other orgs are a mess right now?
It will take years. And that's if the orgs survive the increased backstabbing and resource grabbing in the meantime.
My team is pretty organized and good at getting work done effeciently. Maybe its because I am in GT.
