The video rings true .... and what I am waiting for is MCK and BCG to put their $$$ where their mouth is with a little skin in the game ... their contracts need to include a performance clause that if things do not get financially better after implementing all their recommendations that they forfeit half their contract value...

BENGALURU WILL NOT HAVE THE CHEVRON CULTURE OF BEING “TOO NICE”

imagine this scenario, a bengaluru team who is CVX employees & contractors takes over support of a new IT group from US or MSP (Finance, HR or cbres, etc) . The new team is had a history of delivery - if they see MSP not delivering, they fire them right away. If they see some employees in US who is helping them but no skills they can call them out or tell their manager they are not needed.

In theory and if done right, CVX Bengaluru is mostly experienced hires w legit technical skills w no baggage of the “too nice” CVX culture- their previous company-experiences will be delivery - they are in a way the new delivery culture
