Theres no reorg and theres no need for one. GT is great just the way it is.
No new orgs were made. What new org is made in FY25? The TMO is the same with just downgraded leader title. No VP as TT was overkill there anyways.
New orgs were made and people are changing teams. Sounds like a reorg to me.

It's hard to tell though from the embarrassingly difficult to read email sent from our CTO. She needs to hire someone who can write basic comms and start relying on them. The current model is not working and makes everyone look bad.
