Coming from a leader here. You all are very gullible. Thousands globally will be cut and rto and sapience is being looked at with remote workers. Be prepared for Monday and Tuesday - I am not making this up. Look for jobs elsewhere. If you’re rto is less than 70% you’ll get no severance either.
I am at a loss for why people would be questioning the very real fact that several folks with knowledge have shared that a rif will be executed Monday and Tuesday and globally by the end of the month...this is not some ego trip to make Fiserv look bad. We are venting and dealing with the fact that we have to deal harsh news to our associates and then mop it up with our remaining teams who will be demoralized.
Managers obviously share things and people hear things. But nothing specific after the fact. So half of the sh-t is fake. If you believe everything someone says anonymously on a website anyone and their mother can post at u aren't bright in my opinion.
How would you like your facts provided? Do you want the email from HR telling me the room and time of the folks who’s holiday I’m about to ruin?
This site always gossip and hyperventilate about BS. Provide some real facts even about this year.
