I don't know of another company (and I've worked for quite a few) where leadership is so out of touch with employees and what they do or to be more precise, what they can do. The things they expect versus the things that are realistic are diametrically opposite.

Sadly the only things consistent at Fiserv these days is RIFs if good and talented people and then more pressure on the folks left behind to pick up all the tasks without any of the knowledge that FRANK just shoved out the front door. 😢
Only stock price matters. USA is set up for the rich, your serfs go back to work and STFU.
Do we get to here from DEIon Sanders again too? It seems like he cost more than giving every employee a 5% annual raise. Great priorities.

Sadly, this is becoming the norm. I know someone that works in corporate for one of the major energy companies. They are going through similar changes in mindset that makes no sense long-term. Everyone that has been there for a while is shocked that they have flipped to this after decades of making decisions that everyone agrees with.
