Talent Acquisition is Terrible

Starts from the top, this VP they hired from outside has gutted all the good TA team members and outsourced all the work. The level of candidates is horrible from what we got before with the permanent TA employees. All the good recruiters on that team are gone and surplused, why?? TA leaders are a joke and amazing how some got director roles without even having to apply for them. How about you follow your own rules you tell us abide by, hmmm. It all starts from the TA VP and culture below, what a joke....

Those were the good ol' days. Now we do not even get cubicles. They are putting us in 3x5 tables.

AT&T has no need for talent at this point. They only want serfs in cubicles in Dallas to make the C-suite feel like big shots when they walk around their fiefdoms.
