Seriously…HUM has had suitors or actively trying to sell for 20 years. What’s really going on there that drives away the buyers?

More companies more job opportunities. This is a good thing for us.
Deals aren’t always “falling through”. There have been many times that Humana and the other company have signed deals on the table to merge - the government will not allow it. There are dozens of laws that prevent monopolies like that from happening.
