I say bring it on. I can’t stand working here anymore. I hope they push me out with some pocket money, and I finally do myself a favor by finding another job.

Loser mentality. Why are you relying on an outside entity to determine your career and life path? I hope you're a 20 year old college student working in one of our call centers with this mentality. If you are, we have hope of guiding you to a better path. Anything outside of that? Let us all try to do better than this ridiculous post.
you have the right frame of mind. Do your job well but don't pay attention to the hours. If they fire you, take unemployment. It is better than grinding. Unless you are untalented or don't have a skill to sell. Then grind away for life and get better at your job because you're already behind the minimum.
You think they will give you anything? Apply now while employed.
You’re thinking about it incorrectly. Polish your resume. Start getting interviews, reach for 20% salary increase. Everything in life is negotiable. And jump! You’ll feel better.
