It's frustrating that management is using R&R as part of their logic for who is underperforming when it was management who changed most employees from a simple "if you've worked x years you get x R&R days"-type formula to something they called "Unlimited R&R," and the only definition they gave was, "Well, it's not really 'unlimited.'" And now they're looking at people's R&R time--which employees requested and which was approved by their manager--and they're using it to sc--w those employees if the R&R exceeds some number of days known only to management. It's so damn convoluted, it's hard to even write it out sensibly. Only at Fiserv.

Best part of the tracking software is that it make your computer unusable. Even basic tasks that should be done instantaneously, take 20 seconds to occur. If the company makes it impossible to be a productive employee, then I will be an unproductive employee.

Sapience has been on my laptop for more than 3 years. I've seen so many posts/comments lately about it being "new" - not sure how you managed to get away with it for so long but welcome to the miserable life the rest of us have been living.

Who cares. If you get let go it’s probably a good thing.

It's a good thing that I don't create Jira tasks for all I do. I'll be easy pickings.

That would be wonderful for me. I need a good kick in the a-s to get out of the complacency of being at this shithole.

I believe FIG is financial institutions group.

@tzj+1vtixerO FIG stands for Financial Institutions Group. And I remember “Sapience Buddy” being on my computer for at least a year, so maybe they just rolled it out to the whole company? But for some, this is nothing new. Still BS, though. I’m beyond caring at this point.

Sapience was not just installed. It’s been installed for MONTHS I had it a year ago when it used to be sapience buddy.

What's FIG? Proof? Sapience was literally only just now installed.
