Has anyone been told if you call out after a holiday. Truist won't pay you.

It actually stated if you call off before and after a holiday. You have to call off both days

Managing director here. Depending on your LOB. My LOB this will result in you having to use other pto or unpaid. It will also automatically trigger your direct manager to schedule a TM relations interview for an investigation on absenteeism.

Got to love all the fake rumors that has nothing to do with layoffs

But interesting that one is planning to call out to not work vs scheduling vacation - the dedication is great

Yes, this is a written policy. Calling out before or after a holiday unscheduled will cost you. It also usually leaves your team in a tough spot as those are valued vacation time slots so the schedule is lean already. If you call out on those days and you are not sick I would not want to work with you.
