Does anyone know anything about this Organizational Health Index survey email I got this morning? Is this something worth completing?

Likely result will be we-ponizing the results to improve the propaganda rather then improve anything for TMs. They won't act like they care about employees again until the labor market starts to get competitive again.
Is it worth it? Are you asking if anything will change as a result? Safe bet is no.
