Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I shouldn't have joined

I was promised all these great benefits, but most of them never came through. On top of that, I realized the pay is way lower than the industry standard. It’s frustrating being underpaid and undervalued after all the promises they made. I made a mistake accepting this job.

You're right that you shouldn't have joined.

A job is better than no job in this economy. If Frank gave you your lucky break I understand. Otherwise get out of this shithole while you still can.

Agreed. Accepted an offer in 2021 for more than I could find at the time and now can’t find anything new.

Fiserv has always been below par on pay - and if you accepted a job without doing research like reading reviews and this board !!! That should have told you in advance you joined a corp Ponzi scheme for FB and friends. Generally it is learn something and leave place. Always has been.

What were you promised and didn’t get? Not true on pay - you’re uninformed.
