Does anyone know when this will be across all organization for all employees L1+? Do they plan on communicating this at some meeting at some point so we can plan accordingly?

You only need to know what the requirements are in your group. Mind your own business.
We were told it’s coming but they are trying to figure out seating beforehand. Corp-wide.
Newsflash. If you haven’t been told that you need to be in the office 5x8 by now, YOU are part of the reduction to accommodate others. I’ve seen it happen over and over.
Remember, everything these cut throat ba----ds do is by devious design.
Plan on 5x8 just like pre-Covid beginning 1/1/25. You can coordinate with your Supv. when you need approved flex-time (Dr. app’t, etc). Simple as that.

You really need to ask your supervisor why he or she isn’t sharing this information with your department. Maybe this is being treated as a holiday bonus for your group.
I would guess the announcements would start 1/1/25 with each department setting their own time frame and the end date by mid summer...to settle family issues if a move is necessary.
If it’s 1/1/25 for all employees in all departments then when do they plan on letting employees know? You would think they’d give people at least 2 months to plan.
Last I heard it depends on your VP. Some orgs already started, others are Jan 1. Some got told it’s tbd right now. Overall I’ve been told that everyone in every org will be 5x in office with min 8hrs per day. Who knows. I guess I’ll bring my tablet and watch some movies or just do PLEs. Have to make up the time on the slow days when I get done early or nothing going on.

The plan is they have no plan. Each dept has a different non plan as well.
