If your personality style is combative and your interpersonal skills are harsh, then Intel culture could be a perfect match for you and that can be quite a PRO.
I know they are not employees, but the security guards at the front desk are very professional and I like that.
If you forget your badge, they will call your manager to get an o.k. to let you in.

Large organization with lots of redundancy and if you are good at slides you never have to work hard and can survive without doing any actual work.
