Well they got Steve, the ex United insurance president to lead Aetna. They also had gotten Amy B until they didn’t.
I understand the position is tough and demands are tough too. Look at Boeing too but they got somebody

The H1B downvoters are in full force today.
People don't want CVS on their resume even at the CEO level.
It's like having Enron or Arthur Anderson on your resume.
Reviewers see it and go "oh" and toss your resume in the trash.
This is the reason many people laid off are having trouble finding new jobs.
Thats actually a universal trend now.
More and more professionals are nor interested in moving up the corporate ladders.
I mean think about it.
Life is 800x better when you can just do your job, then go home. There is an awesome ppwer in just being abke to do your job and if pudding gets serious and a customer is mad you simply say..
" talk to my manager" then punch out and go hang out with friends.
