Not layoffs, just reorg. Preferably carefully considered and well thought-out. We’ve never adjusted since big layoffs. My team should either take on more people, or rethink goals and tasks, or change management, or all of the above. It’s unsustainable as it is. We simply can not meet targets, most of us work for two, workload is undoable, we get frustrated or sloppy.

Once again it would be outsourced to Bain or McKinsey and it would be just as much as a disaster as last time.
