How are we supposed to stay motivated when they keep happening every other week? This is inhumane. There’s no stability, no security. We're basically just waiting for our turn to be next. It’s impossible to feel anything other than frustration when every day feels like it could be your last.

This works backward here at CVS. The ones that did bootlicking and acting up were the ones that got promoted. Overtime, CVS will end up with all the good for nothing left

With Trump win H1bs should be laid off first but CVS wont do because they are cheap labor. No one here cares that they are incompetent.

Do yourself a favor, speak to your manager, say hey, wanna improve morale? Let's bring back some laid off employees. Let's get rid of toxicity, but you won't.
