Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Gaslighting 101

I left Fiserv a few weeks ago for a $20k salary increase and fully remote position at one of their largest clients. The Fiserv culture is NOT normal. Doing the full time job of 2+ people is NOT normal. Being watched (Sapience) and tracked (badge reports) on a daily basis is NOT normal. You CAN find a better job outside of that toxic environment. FB and his cronies are gaslighting every single one of you into thinking you can't leave so you won't. Forget about the obvious (FIS, Jack Henry) and look for jobs at banks or even in different industries. You have transferrable skills. You are worth more than Fiserv will ever give you credit for. Save your sanity.

That's what happens when the leader is an ego maniac and a paranoid, non-trusting individual.

Look at the garbage mediocre sh-t everywhere without the mandates at Fiserv and you have your answer on why they're used. Nobody here is making anything special we are just a big money company factorizing transactions.

Everyone knows that true corporate performance is based on attendance, right? LOL...How can a company even survive not knowing the ACTUAL metrics of performance, profitability, work output etc? RESULTS should be measured...not inputs/hours. Just such a backwards and infantilizing view of work and workers.

Quit the job if you feel hopeless, then you will get the drive you need to find a better one. You don't want to be here forever it's not worth it.
