Never had Covid, flu or cold outbreaks during work from home. People are dropping like flies as they sit in the Petri dish open work spaces. Tell me again how rto increases productivity?

My team is constantly sick now. A lot more than before Covid. I’ve personally been sick 6 times since January and it’s been exhausting.
We have no choice but to work from home while we’re sick sometimes because we don’t have the PTO to cover how many times we’re getting sick. It’s constant and we’ve hardly been a whole team in the office since we’ve returned because of it!
