10% of Project Managers were laid off across the board on Feb 13th from Spectrum Enterprise (now Spectrum Business). Also bonuses were lower than in years past by about 10-20% depending on how yours is calculated.
Still haven’t heard any of this in the news even though it already happened
Just announced inbound sales call center in Akron Ohio and a few stores closed. Lots of employees impacted.
Huge cuts coming Q1 2025 to engineering teams and customer service in call centers. Raises will be cut short again, as was last year. Look at about 7.5k people shifted by the end of the year, with about 2500 in Q1
Big cuts are coming during 1st quarter 2025. Company did not totally meet Financials 2024.
Granite Building is in Greenwood Village, CO.
The majority of the people working in the Granite Building are Indians. All the layoffs that I have heard of in the building have been all Americans. There also seems to be a focus of the layoffs with older (60+) employees, though H/R claims it is by job title.
Supposed to lay off dispatchers in January in Ca.
Reporting in from NC… lots of outsourcing to India happening on many teams. Prepare for a layoff for sure
