It's absurd how management keeps trying to make Nike look like some dream workplace, while it continues to disregard the many issues employees are facing on a daily basis. Do they seriously think ignoring reality is a long-term fix? It just feels like a big show, but how long can they keep this up before the facade starts to crack?

This place has never been a paradise (sure been worse lately). The Kool Aid flows freely, don’t expect leadership at any point to admit to big cultural problems, they will do more all hands with flashy videos and put lipstick on the pig

It’s already cracking. The draw to work there is not as glamorous as it used to be
