Is severance paid out weekly or can you lump sum payout?

Bi-weekly with continuance of health benefits or lump sum and see ya.
This question has been asked about a billion times on here and is also clearly spelled out in the handbook. You can take a lump sum but you forfeit all benefits during the severance period.
